Subscribers Can Participate In The Following Ways:

Volunteer Your Time

Our Subscribers can volunteer their time in many interesting and informative areas such as attending public meetings in local government, schools and in the Sacramento legislature. Our subscribers will be following the progress of proposed legislation in their county and in the California Senate and Assembly as well as what is happening in local schools. The experience of Military Veterans working with other volunteers will be greatly valued. An example of the kind of research needed is "Why are so many people leaving California ?"

Volunteer Your Talent if you have a Skill Or Experience (In A Specific Area)

Some of the areas where specific skills are currently needed are: Management, Bookkeeping and Accounting, Legal (in specific areas), Security, writing, editing, computer skills, legislative research, and speakers bureau.

Volunteer Your Expertise To Help Cal Grit Financially With Fundraising

1. Just as your family and/or business has certain expenses in order to function we are no different. Our Subscribers help cover many of these ongoing expenses. Please see the Subscriber Application below.

2. Checks made payable to Cal Grit can be mailed to us at Cal Grit, P.O. Box 5165, Auburn, CA 95604. Please do not send cash. (If you don't have a checking account, a cashiers check can be obtained at your bank or credit union.)

3. Please be aware that we are NOT a non-profit corporation. If you would like reasons for that decision, please let us know and we will gladly explain why we can do more toward our stated goals with that option.

4. If you are able to contribute more than the amount mentioned above we will greatly appreciate your generosity. The larger contributions will make possible our expansion into critical issues like protecting children from abuse in its many forms and substantially improving public education. Additionally, we believe that the problems of vaping and obesity which are so harmful to children need to be addressed. Another area we wish to take on is to expose some of the myths spread by traditional media.
   Our Cal Grit Board will determine the directions that we will go by matching new efforts with the adequate financial ability to carry out each particular effort as well as possible.

What you choose to do or not to do today just may influence the freedoms available for your children, your grandchildren and your descendants for many generations.

I further understand that if I share my membership access code with anyone else and they inappropriately gain access to our Members Only area there may be penalties for the Subscriber as determined by the Cal Grit Board. As a Subscriber you will be allowed access to our "Subscriber Only" pages (our blog pages) which will be the main method for education, information and training here at Cal Grit. The "Subscriber Only" pages are the heart of what we are doing at Cal Grit.

Subscriber Support Levels:
Individual Annual Subscriber = $300
Business Owner =
If you are a business owner with up to 4 employees your annual Subscription = $500
If you have 5 or more full-time employees your annual Subscription = $750
If you have 16 -20 employees your annual Subscription = $ $1,000
If you have 20 or more full-time employees your annual Subscription = $5,000

try to gauge the membership fees based on the benefit received by companies. One of our ongoing goals is to continually work on eliminating government rules, laws and regulations that are unproductive for running a business in California and for that reason not in the best interest of ALL the citizens of California.
Note : If you are able to provide more than suggested above your generous support will of course be appreciated and will allow us to expand our services and reach our goals faster than otherwise.
Those who become Subscribers by July 4, 2026 will be considered "Founding Members" and will receive special benefits for their early support.
